Terrace. Early C19. Brown brick, stuccoed ground floor to Nos 25, 27 and 37. 4
storeys and basement. Nos 25 and 27 ground floor: round-arched recesses contain
entrance and windows. Sashes with glazing bars, one with radial glazing in the
head, the other with margin lights. No 29 contains carriage arch to mews (of
Sussex Gardens qv). Nos 31-35 have altered C19 shop fronts. No 37 is on a
corner site with blocked pilastered shop front and corner entrance. 1st floor
iron balcony to Nos 25, 27 and 37. Above sashes with glazing bars under flat
brick arches. Stucco 3rd floor sill band and parapet coping. Arrow-head
basement railings.
