House. Dated JC 1814 on oval plaque above door. Coursed ironstone rubble, Welsh
slate roof on C20 brick eaves, coped gable to left, flanking brick chimneys. 2
storeys, 2 bays. C20 barred wooden casements, 2-light to first floor, canted bay
windows below. Central C19 top-lit flush-panelled door with C20 gabled wooden
hood. At right corner is a stone pier, formerly part of adjacent cottage, with
reset carved plaque dated WC1 1767. Adjacent cottage, to which plaque belonged,
was demolished 1960s. Included for group value.
