House. Circa 1825. Red brick with low-pitched pyramidal slate roof and end stacks. Two storeys; regular two window facade, glazing bar sashes, with gauged head on ground floor. Small central first floor window high up under eaves. Central arched entrance with overlight and half glazed door. Doorcase with panelled reveals and fluted Doric colums supporting flat bracketted hood. Sections of Doric frieze framing archway above capitals.
