House. Early C18, altered. Coursed ironstone rubble, front gable faced in
ashlar with Uppingham stone quoins and chamfered plinth. Welsh slate roof, coped
gable to front with remains of ogee half-pendants to kneelers. Brick chimneys to
gables. At right-angles to road. One storey and attic, 2 bays. Gable to road
has flush sill string and lintel bands of Uppingham stone, and C20 wooden
casements with horizontal glazing bars, 3-light to ground floor, 2-light above.
Keyblock to lower window. Left return has similar 3-light window and small
single light to far bay; right return has C20 door in C20 wooden porch to far
bay. Later lean-to at far end.
