Inn with attached cottage. C17; C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed and squared rubble, Bridgewater patent tile roof,
coped verges, 3 brick stacks and a single concrete block stack. Two storeys, 5 bays, four 3-light C19 casements under
wooden lintols to first floor, 2 similar casements on the ground floor; small C20 bay on ground floor of 5-lights, lead
roof; long shallow 5-light canted bay, each light with a casement with glazing bays, hipped slate roof, pair
flush-panelled doors with circular windows; to extreme left bay 4-light stone-mullioned windows, label on the ground
floor. Two door openings, to left with a gabled porch, plank door; to right flush-panelled, door. Interior with
fireplace with a broad wooden bressumer.
