Long early C17 maltings range on NW-SE axis, Timber framed and weatherboarded with
corrugated asbestos roof. Entrance elevation with two-light windows and with ledged
doors to ground floor and loft, Outshut with pantile roof against the rear elevation.
Inside, the frame is virtually complete with arch braced tie beams, through wall bracing,
side purlin roof with intermittent collars and halved and bladed top plate scarfs.
The Maltings forms a group with Thorley's Farmhouse, Glenmore and Thorley's Cottage,
Laburnam Cottage and Off Licence Store and Runnymede Cottage and Runnymede Foxes.
