The stores and the house adjoining on the north in Carmel Street were originally
2 separate houses but are now one tenement. Early C19 timber-framed and plastered
house. Two storeys. The stores has a gable at the west end and the front
is plastered in panels. Four window range, double-hung sashes with glazing
bars. A cornice extends above the first storey windows. There is a C19 or
early C20 double-fronted shop front. Roof slate, hipped.
The house adjoining on the north has 2 window range with an extension with
one window to the north; double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Roof slate.
