TL 90 SE SOUTHMINSTER NORTH END

5/140 The Laurels

GV II

House. C18/C19 with C17 rear range and later alterations. Rough rendered. Red
plain tiled roof. Left and right red brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys. 3
window range of vertically sliding sashes with horns to first floor, small paned
to ground floor with moulded surrounds. Central 6 panelled door, moulded
surround, flat canopy on console brackets. Front range with stick balusters to
staircase and 6 panelled doors. Stop chamfered bridging joists to rear range,
vertically boarded doors with original ironmongery. Through bracing to walls.
