Corner terraced house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Roof not visible. 4 storeys and
basement. 3 windows wide to Sutherland Place with canted return to left in the
Sutherland Row. Channelling to ground floor. Doric projecting porch with
balustraded balcony over. Square headed windows, architraved above ground floor,
corniced to first floor, sashed, mostly plate glass. Console cornice above third
floor. Cast iron area railings. Included for group value only.
