TL 90 SE TILLINGHAM BROOK ROAD

5/200 Pump opposite and
approx. 20 metres south
west of Brook Cottage

Pump. C19 cast iron. Approx. 2 metres tall. The flat topped fluted head with
ringed spout and bucket hook, plain shaft with rivetted panel. Long handle with
oval end. This pump was used by the villagers when other pumps ran dry in times
of drought.
