This building was probably once the manor house of Newick Manor. C17 or earlier
building refaced in the C18. Two storeys. Five windows. Faced with weather-
boarding on a painted brick base. Tiled roof, the north end, which is a later
addition, slates. Sash windows with glazing bars. Two doorways with flat
hoods over.
