Dated and initialled "I B 1810". Coped brick Crinkle Crankle garden wall about 8
feet high. Many of these walls in Lymington, said to have been built by French
Loyalists who sought refuge here during the Napoleonic Wars. This wall, together
with that at Broadcroft (qv), probably once formed part of the same enclosure.
The Crinkle Crankle Western Garden Wall at Brodcroft and the Crinkle Crankle
Eastern Garden Wall at Little Lords Mead form a group.
