Mid C19. Freestanding ashlar tower. 4 Corinthian columns set in corners, carrying bill entablature with fret motif on frieze, and dentilled cornice, Anthemia. Fish-scale dome, with acanthus finial. 4 clocks in panels on each face, with pendant swags. Plinth has plaques on 3 sides and low door on 4th.
