This is adjacent to and was originally part of Plumpton Place but is now occupied
by the Plumpton Agricultural College. Large L-shaped building. Probably C17.
The north wing is timber-framed, the east wing faced with tarred weatherboarding.
Hipped tiled roof with pentice to the east half of the south front and queen-posts
and diagonal braces inside.
