TQ 71 NE WHATLINGTON BATTLE ROAD

Formerly called Bankside. Probably C17, largely refaced in the C19. Two storeys.
Three windows. South front red brick and tile-hung, east and west fronts weather-
boarded, north front roughcast. Slate roof. Casement windows. The east front
has a small gabled projection with a bay on both floors containing a bay of
three pointed lights. The north front has windows of two or three pointed lights
and a semi-circular porch with half-corniced roof and a round-headed doorway.
