Early C19. Three storeys and semi-basement. Three windows. Stuccoed,
ground floor rusticated. Westernmost window on ground and first floors a
triple window; coupled pilasters flanking this on the first floor and
flanking the other side of the front. Cornice above. Another cornice above
second floor and parapet with caps above the pilasters and small pediment
over the Westernmost window bay. Glazing bars intact. Round-headed
doorway with semi-circular fanlight and four panel moulded door at the
top of eight steps.

Nos 7 to 11 (odd) with No 3 Market Street form a group.
