Late C16 timber-framed and plastered building originally on an L-shaped
plan but with later additions on the north side and modern alterations.
Two storeys. The ground storey on the south front is built out in modern
brick but the gabled porch has a late C16 gable with carved bargeboards
and pendants. Four window range on the upper storey, 3 of the windows
are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Roof tiled, with a central square
chimney stack. (RCHM 15).
