Circa 1840/50 villa. Two storeys and basement faced with stone cut in
imitation of bricks, rendered quoins. Frieze, first floor moulded sill
course with frieze below, plinth. Low pitch hipped slate roof with wide
eaves. Four windows, two in bow through both storeys to East, recessed,
sash, glazing bars intact, first floor window surrounds are shouldered,
block sills to ground floor. Panelled door, semi-circular blind fanlight,
paired pilasters flanking, keystone breaking up into frieze, cornice projecting
from sill course. Flight of steps, rendered parapets coping and capped
piers.

Nos 46 to 50A (consec) form a group.
