Moated site. C18 timber framed house with plastered walls. Rear wall dated
1775, with 'vine-trail' bond of parged decoration right round house at first
floor level. Present elevations of this date. Front door central, 6 fielded
panels with semi-circular fanlight over, 2 Ionic pilasters and dentilled flat
hood on scotia brackets. One semi-hexagonal bow-window left and right with pairs
of 8/8 horned sashes with vine trail round top as fringe, exposed sash-boxes.
One pair 8/8 sashes on right. A range of 4 pairs on first storey with 8/8 panes
in exposed moulded boxes. Plan on an L, with a wing in the return.
