C18 house, altered in early C19. Timber framed and plastered, with parapetted
south and east facades in grey gault brick. Red plain tile hipped roof. Two
storeys, attics and cellars. East front is 5 window range vertical sliding double
hung sashes with glazing bars. Large C19 flat topped porch with Doric columns,
now infilled. Three hipped dormers. South front has 7 window range sashes to
match east front. Middle first floor window blocked. Three hipped dormers.
West side has 2 hipped dormers, one with circa 1700 leaded casement. L-shaped
plan. Good C18 detailing internally.
