Includes No 2 Heaton Street. C18. Red brick. All 3 storeys, with a continuous
modillion cornice. Wide stone plinth. No 35 has an early C20 shop front. No
37 has a later shop front, and a doorway with very slender Ionic columns with
modillion cornice, up steps. 2,3,2 sash windows on each upper floor. No 2 Heaton
Street is on return side of No 35 King Street, and is part of the same architectural
design.
Nos 33 to 43 (odd) form a good group of mainly Georgian character with Nos 1 & 3
Princes Street.
