C16 house. Timber framed and plastered of 2 storeys and rectangular plan having
a ridged, gabled and peg-tiled roof. Central red brick chimney stack of the
C17. A projecting gabled porch, centrally of 2 storeys height, with 6 panelled
door and a modern window over. Casements on either side on first and ground
storeys. Scalloped vergeboards with finials. Pargetted panels survive and an
Escalop first floor band. Plan on one, with a long peg-tiled, hipped and 2 storeyed
rear wing which has its own central red brick chimney stack. Inside: 2 good
late C17 plaster ceilings and some remains of the original roof construction.
