Part was formerly a forge, now public house. Double L-shaped building. The centre
portion is a C17 or earlier timber-framed building with painted brick infilling, the
first floor tile-hung. The two wings are C18 or later additions. Tiled roof.
Casement windows. Two storeys. Six windows. The garage portion at the west end was
probably the forge originally.
