FORRABURY AND
SX 18 NW MINSTER

5/11 Outbuilding 5 metres to northwest
of Trela Farmhouse
II

Outbuilding possibly originally a stable. Circa early C19. Slate stone rubble and
quartz. Bitumen coated rag slate roof with half hipped ends.
Rectangular plan; central entrance and stone rubble steps to loft on rear left. Rear
outshot possibly added in mid C19.
2 storeys. Symmetrical single window front. Ground floor; central C20 plank door with
granite lintel and two pointed granite arched window openings to right and left with
recessed crosses directly above. Row of pigeon holes on first floor and central
roundel with blocked roundel below. Another cross in right hand side wall and lean-to
outshot on left.
