GV II

Pair of semidetached houses. Circa 1830. Brick, some stucco dressings. Roof
not visible. 2 to 3 storeys, each of 2 bays plus subsidiary outer bays with
entrances. Balanced composition with 3 storey inner bays, pilastered with gabled
2 storey outer bays. Square gauged headed windows. Sashes; glazing bars.
Gabled bays also pilastered with slightly projecting rusticated stucco square
sided bay windows to ground floor, with cast iron balconies above. Upper windows
square headed in segmental reveals. Outer bays with altered entrances.
Balustraded parapet to centre bays; gabled bays with overhanging eaves.
