Early C19 two storey cottage in red brick part painted with grey slate roof.
Originally chandlers shop, boat store and dwelling. Retains most of its original
form. Cottage at south-west end has 2 window range, double hung vertical sliding
sashes, with central glazing bar. North-east end has shuttered openings and
first floor access with ladder. Red brick chimney stacks.
