Terrace house. c.1820. Stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide.
Ground floor has house doorway to right, square headed with panelled door and small pane, marginal glazed fanlight; provision for shop front with wooden pilasters and entablature but either never executed or replaced at early date by recessed glazing bar sash window. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the c.1820 redevelopment of Carnaby Street and Newburgh Street.
