1890-9. Architects J. P. Seddon and W. H. C. Fisher. Rock-faced rustication:
ashlar dressings. Pitched tile roof. Arcuated windows with deeply moulded
voussoirs, divided by colonnettes with stiff leaf capitals, 1 gable over slightly
projecting bay to Lansdown: canted bay to Locking Hill: oriel on corner. Gabled
porch on grouped colonnettes, lst floor balconies either side of oriel. Band
of carving below lst floor windows. Parapet and machicolations.
