Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Ashlar dressings. Shallow pitched slate roofs
with deeply overhanging eaves on cast iron brackets fretwork valences. 2
storeys and attics. Continuous moulded and plain sill bands. Strings. Some
moulded impost bands. Picturesque plan of some complexity. Some rusticated
voussoirs. Sashes, either with moulded surrounds (in one case with a segmental
pediment), or plain ashlar surrounds with hoodmoulds.
