Probably circa 1700 with early C19 alterations. 2 storey 4 window stucco
front. Sash windows with flush frames and glazing bars. Wide Tuscan porch
with central pediment (Door, side-lights, etc new). Remains of early Cl9 railings, some painted glass, (probably C17 Flemish) in ground floor
windows, Sun Insurance plaque.
All the listed buildings in Monmouth Street form a group.
