Outbuilding, formerly a dwelling. C15 or earlier. Timber framed and plastered,
red plain tiled roof. 2 storeys, jettied and gabled to Stour Street, 4 curved
brackets to jetty. Small paned 2 light casement to first floor. Left return,
door to first floor, ground floor window and boarded door. Said to retain
original roof construction. RCHM 2.
