Part of an early Cl9 range of small stone houses set back from the road
with gardens in front and forming two sides of a small square. Same build
as No 11 (qv). Three storeys in uncoursed rubble. Rendered, gabled to
front. Irregular fenestration with no glazing bars. Inserted late C19
oriel on first floor, Wood doorcase with pediment and plain fanlight.
