House. Circa 1840. Gault brick, red brick rear. Grey slate roof. Off centre
right and left panelled chimney stacks. 2 storeys. Panelled parapet. 3 bays
divided by pilasters with Ionic capitals. 3 window range of small paned
vertically sliding sashes, brackets to moulded cornice heads, cast twisted iron
railings to ground floor cills. Central porch with Ionic columns and pilasters,
moulded flat canopy. Half glazed door with 2 lower panels.
