Cattle pound. Probably C18. Rectangular enclosure formed by boundary wall on
north, stone posts on east and south, and now without barrier on west towards
School House. 3 tapered stone posts on east and 5 on south, with 3 square
recesses for wooden rails on the sides; some have rounded tops. Sandstone
rubble wall on north side about one metre high; posts about 12 cm. high.
Historical note: the drove road passed near by and drovers penned their
animals here overnight.
