Pair of headstones, both good samples of work from the nearby Ham Hill stone quarries: (1) Headstone, early C19, Ham
stone, with applied colouring: about 1 metre wide x 1.7m high, 100mm thick with chartered back edges; segmental top
with reverse-curve corners. Two panels; at head a book, a sun and foliage decoration. Commemorates John Hodges, died
1826, and others of family. (2) Headstone, early C19. Ham stone about 850mm wide x 1.5 metre high; segmental top with
reverse-curve corners. No panels or decoration. Commemorates Marget wife of Henry Brake, died 1821.
