House, extended and divided. Late C16 to centre, C17 to left and C20 to right.
Timber framed to centre on whitewashed brick underbuild, whitewashed rubble-
stone to left and brick to right. Whitewashed render infill to exposed frame
on centre of first floor and tile hung gable to left. Plain tiled roofs,
hipped over right hand extension. T-shaped plan with cross wing to left and
C20 extension to right. Two storeys, one storey on extensions. C20 stack to
left hand gable ridge, further stacks to rear right and left. One window on
each floor of left hand gable. Two framed bays to centre range with ogee
bracing and moulded bressumer to former jetty. Two leaded casement windows on
first floor, one window on ground floor. Gable to right with decorative ogee
bracing and pierced C19 quatrefoil bargeboards. Gable jettied out on braces,
one window on each floor and 2 cambered head windows to single storey right
hand extension. Door to left (Malthouse) in set back porch. Further door to
right hand return front. Wings to rear.
