Lodge to Barnett Hill. c1905 by Arnold Mitchell Brown brick with gauged
brick dressings and ashlar dressings on angle piers, plain tiled roof.
Cruciform plan with gable to each face. Two storeys with cross ridge stack
of lozenge section, panelled to east gable. Banded angle piers and gables,
modillion cornice section over each pilaster pier. Two first floor sash
windows in moulded surrounds to north and south sides, angle bay window
below. Half-glazed panelled door to east side in panelled reveal under shell
hood with cherub's head decoration and foliate brackets.
