Former coach house and stables, part of a service court, now house. 1887 by Philip Webb. Snecked sandstone ashlar plinth to front elevation with red-brown brick above, some flared headers. Plain tiled roofs with deep eaves. Original service yard larger and now divided by C20 wall creating smaller cobbled yard. Entrance range single storey with two storey gable end to left. Front stack to right. Leaded casement fenestration. Hipped roof,square carriage entrance to right of centre with roof swept out over deep eaves, large braced posts supporting "eyebrow" arched lintels with some weatherboarding above. Gable end to left : one window on each floor and leaded casement at junction with entrance range, all under tile-on-edge lintels and with brick relieving arches. Courtyard elevation: C20 square bay to rear of entrance range with large stable door to end. 5 window range to left side with relieving arches over and wooden hoods to upper part. 4 louvred lanterns to front of ridge of roof and large gabled dormer to centre. Main entrance placed diagonally across the angle with shorter range to right. Large half-glazed door, the upper part leaded, in dentilled wooden surround and under deep coved eaves with further course of brick dentils. Single storey 2-windowed range to right with open through-way to end between house and C20 garage. Garden elevation (Left hand return front): 5 flat roofed dormers across with two end stacks and conservatory attached to front left.
