Modern, 1-storey brick building on stone plinth with stone string at cill level
and stone cornice. 5 tall windows with keystones and 6-panel door to left
hand in stone surround with cornice and segmental pediment on console brackets.
One storey has since been added in a similar style to the ground floor. C18
reproduction which in spite of its later addition is still included on account
of its group value with Nos 31 and 32, and Nos 35, 36 and 37 The Borough.

The Borough front of the Bush Hotel and Nos 29 to 44 (consec) form a group.
