Chest tomb and headstone. Both C18: (a) Terrell monument about 9 metres north-east of tower: Chest tomb, C18. Ham stone
ashlar. Base buried; one fielded panel to each end and flank, with panelled pilasters to flanks, no frieze; moulded
coving to hipped top having rounded leading edges, Commemorates William Terrell, died 1781, Thomas Terrell, died 1796,
and others. (b) Chaffey headstone about one metre south of last item: Headstone, C18. Ham stone ashlar slab about 100mm
thick, with floriated frame and double semi-circular arched top with angel and wings and an hourglass, flanked by
scrolls; commemorates William Chaffey, died 1790, and his wife.
