Late C18. 2 shops. Red brick, stone band between 1st and 2nd storeys.
Cornice and capping to parapet. 3 storeys. 4 windows, stone lintels
with keystones, no glazing bars. Modern shop front to Boots.
Lyall and Company has a C19 shop window and door. 4 panel door with
glazed rectangular fanlight. Doric pilasters support the cornice and
entablature over the window and door.

The listed buildings in Market Place (South Side) form a group
with Nos 3 & South Street.
