central-entrance plan with 2 storeys and C20 lean-to at
rear. Gabled porch, stone quoins. 2 3-light casement windows
to ground floor with stone lintels and sills. 2-light
casement to first floor as well as a C20 dormer window.
Gable stack. Included for group value.
