Ground Floor: Stucco with tarred plinth.
First Floor: Tile hung. Large half hip tiled roof, with 3 leaded dormers.
Late C18 sash windows with bars. 2 modern projecting tiled porches.

Nos 1 & 2 (Rectory Cottages) The Leicester Arms Hotel, Nos 1 & 2 (Leicester House)
and The Buxton House Stores form a group.
