Circa 1840 villa, 2 storeys, 3 windows. Fairly low pitched, hipped slated roof
with eaves soffit. Yellow brick. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars in stucco lined reveals. Central door of 6 panels, under
fanlight with margin lights, in moulded architrave with frieze and cornice over.
Small, set back 1-storey right extension in red brick.
