Much restored C15 or earlier timber framed building. Entrance front of 2 storeys
and attic, 3 windows at right. Left section under gable C17. High pitched,
tiled roofs. Leaded casements in old or re-used frames. Right section consists
of open hall with storeroom and solar end having extensions to end and front.
Visible timber framing with random stone filling. Left section of brick has
tall end chimney. Inside hall has heavy timbers and crown post, restored screens
passage and gallery, stone Tudor fireplace. Large modern mullioned and transomed
window gives light to hall.
