House of early C18 appearance 3 storeys and attic, 1 window. Rounded tiled
mansard roof, with hipped end to road, has a modern flat dormer. Rendered front
with parapet. Later C19 sash windows on 1st and 2nd floors. Imported (perhaps
reproduction) Greek revival shop front, in style of 2nd quarter of C19 except
for large plate glass window. Graded for group value.

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) and the Grasshopper Public House form a group.
