II*
1930, by Amyas Connell, two storeyed house of irregular splayed plan. Reinforced concrete with steel casement windows (mostly horizontal) and parapet to roof. Canopy to entrance and tall window behind to staircase which rises to roof. Single storeyed garage extension to west, in keeping with original design. Sun roof of different character added to north side. Rare example of modern movement architecture in this part of Surrey.
