1675 with alterations. Main house of 2 storeys and attic, 4 windows, facing
Croydon Road. Basement shop facing Hich Street. High pitched roof, hipped
at south, renewed in machine tiles. Large chimney stack with round brick shafts
near left hip. 3 modern dormers. Red brick walls with diaper of blue headers.
1st floor band. Gauged brick arches to mullioned and transomed windows with
replaced leaded casements. Replaced sash windows with glazing bars 1st floor
left. Modern plank door in wood doorcase of fluted pilasters and modified entablature.
High Street elevation of 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. C19 sash windows
1st floor, replaced 3-light casements ground floor. Modern but tasteful basement
shop front with continuous wood entablature above. At north end kitchen extension
behind modern arcaded loggia.
