Pair of semi-detached villas. Early C19. Yellow stock brick
with stuccoed semi-basements. Slated roofs with projecting
eaves. 2 storeys and semi-basements. Double-fronted with 3
windows each. Stucco pilasters at angles rise from plain band
at ground floor to support entablature with egg-and-dart
cornice at eaves level. No.123 only retains Ionic portico;
doorway with decorated fanlight and half glazed door
approached by steps flanked by cast-iron railings. No.125,
portico and original steps lost post 1974; doorway with
decorated fanlight and half glazed door approached by C20 open
steps and railings. Architraved sashes, ground floor having
C20 horizontal bar window guards; originally with console
bracketed cornices and cast-iron balconies, lost post 1974.
