House. c1904 by Frank Loughborough Pearson and was formerly the bailiff's house to Hever Castle. Irregular plan in Kentish vernacular style. Timber framed with plastered infill. Tiled roof with 2 brick chimneystacks. Entrance front has 3 gables with pendants and ovolo-moulding. 3 mullioned windows. Entrance set back in angle with studded plank door. Left side elevation has jetty projecting and a circular colonnade and long down braces. Rear has half-hipped gable. Interior contained at time of survey the original architects drawing for the bailiff's house and the whole model farm complex.
